You will be joining a high-end brand and manage the commercial delivery of ultra-high-end residential projects across the Home Counties region.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of prime residential projects valued up to -5 million.
• Produce and manage detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for high-spec finishes and bespoke builds.
• Manage procurement of specialist subcontractors and negotiate high-value packages
• Assess and agree valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Provide accurate financial reporting and ensure cost control throughout the project
• Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, particularly bespoke agreements common in the prime/super-prime sector.

This role would suit a commercial professional with experience in the prime or super-prime residential market and understanding the unique requirements and high standards of luxury residential construction.
