An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established Facilities Management business, overseeing the delivery of mechanical building services projects across the South and South East. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of projects, taking responsibility for delivery from initial planning through to commissioning and final handover. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical building services background, excellent project management capabilities and the commercial awareness to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. The Role: As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure successful delivery. You will be responsible for programme management, financial control, quality assurance and health and safety throughout the project lifecycle. Projects will be delivered across the South and South East, potentially within live and operational environments where effective planning, communication and minimal disruption are essential.
