We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced (1 year+) New Homes Sales Adviser to join one of the UK''s largest and most successful house-builders, help sell a scheme of 110 x 3 and 4 bedroom family homes between Bury St Edmonds and Haverhill (IP29). The site is open 7 days a week and the successful applicant will be working double-manned, based from the sales suite, on a 10am to 5pm, five days a week, including weekends (with two days off in the week). Duties will include: Meeting, greeting and financially qualifying potential purchasers Demonstrating units and selling to needs Taking reservations Sales progression Reporting on sales vs target Conducting Market Research This is a chance to join a huge UK brand, with a large, continuous landbank in Kent; ensuring job security and local employment. It is also a chance to access a brilliant commission scheme that includes up to 22,000 of bonuses, on top of a very competitive 28,000 to 32,000 basic salary DOE, giving an OTE of up to 54,000!
