The role is initially a 12 month ftc with potential of going permanent based on the individual in post and business performance. What You Will Do:- Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal and external users, both remotely and onsite.- Take ownership of support tickets, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently within agreed SLA targets.- Collaborate with the Head of IT and the wider team to deliver improvement plans and strategic objectives.- Lead local IT initiatives and support the maintenance and development of infrastructure and network systems.- Manage IT assets, onboarding new users, and delivering IT inductions and training.- Proactively monitor and manage the IT estate using various tools, ensuring the organisation''s IT environment runs smoothly and securely. What You Will Bring: - Proven experience in delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support with a proactive "can-do" attitude.- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
