Site ManagerStart Date: 26th October (including a 3-day handover period)Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pmFriday: 8:00am - 3:30pmAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, reliable and personable Site Manager to play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-presented environment for pupils, staff and visitors.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider site team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out regular site maintenance and safety checksUndertaking ad hoc cleaning duties as requiredManaging general grounds maintenance to ensure the site remains safe and presentableWorking closely with the Site Operations Manager to complete planned and reactive tasksLiaising with and meeting contractors on siteUpdating compliance records and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks using iAM CompliantRaising requisitions and supporting site administration processesAssisting in maintaining high standards of health and safety across the siteWhat We''re Looking ForThe successful candidate will:Have a good understanding of health and safety within a school or similar environmentBe confident using IT systems and maintaining compliance recordsPossess excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils, contractors and visitorsBe organised, dependable and able to manage their workload effectivelyHave a ..... full job details .....
