HR Advisor On site North Leicestershire ASAP (will wait notice) Loom Talent are partnering exclusively to recruit for a HR Advisor to join a busy team in the manufacturing industry supporting a site of c900employees. They are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis reporting in to the HR Business Partner. What you''ll be doing Provide HR advice and guidance to managers, coaching them on best practise and ensuring they act in line with HR policies and procedures Provide day-to-day support across the full employee lifecycle, contributing to People projects and initiatives. Management of the HR inbox answering first line queries. Work closely with the wider HR team to support activities including recruitment, learning and development and HR system data input. Manage and support on employee relations casework, working closely with key stakeholders and escalating to the HR BP were necessary. What we are looking for Experience in a similar role with a focus on employee relations ideally within a blue-collar environment CIPD Level 3 or equivalent Confident building relationships with key stakeholders, getting out on the shop floor and partnering closely to understand the best way to work with them. ..... full job details .....
