You will provide technical support and coaching to the HR systems development team.Everyone is welcome.We have a culture of creativity. Leads projects or service improvements planning, scheduling and monitoring own work within agreed deadlinesUndertakes configuration and customisation of the HR System and interfaces, in line with the scope of the role and to business needsProvides detailed technical analysis and impact assessmentsActs as a HR systems technical authority to the business providing guidance and advice where necessaryBuilds strong working relationships with an organisation’s internal HR and IT function and 3rd party software providersEnsures that appropriate levels of regression testing to mitigate risks from monthly patch bundles and major release upgradesIdentifies potential trends in faults and pro actively drives software improvementsWhat we’d like to see from you
Excellent knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM System configuration including HR administration and self service functionalityExcellent working knowledge of payroll systems and processes is keyExcellent knowledge of Oracle BI administration and configurationExcellent knowledge Oracle fast formula and workforce structuresExperience working with system integrationsWorking knowledge of the Oracle security modelWorking experience of Oracle Taleo / ORC system configurationStrong mentoring and coaching skillsAbility to work autonomously and prioritise work schedulesThere’s something for everyone
