Position: Teaching Assistant Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 per annum (plus £1,000 referral bonus)Location: KidderminsterContract: 40 hours per week We are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Kidderminster. This role involves providing classroom support, assisting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to a positive and structured learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff to support students academically and emotionally, particularly those with SEMH and complex needs.
