We are exclusively working with our Hertfordshire based client who is looking for a Head of Operations and Hospitality to support the General Manager in this idyllic locationRole Overview We are seeking an outstanding and experienced hospitality leader to join the senior management team overseeing the delivery of exceptional food, beverage and service experiences across the venue at a diverse range of events. This is a hands-on leadership role, focused on ensuring quality, consistency, profitability and innovation in every aspect of our hospitality offering. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee daily operations, and work closely with senior management to develop strategies that drive guest satisfaction, member engagement and commercial success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the hospitality team to achieve service excellenceOversee all food and beverage operations including bar, restaurant, events and cateringEnsure all areas meet or exceed company standards for presentation, service and hygieneManage budgets, forecasts, stock control and supplier relationshipsImplement initiatives to increase revenue, control costs and improve profitabilityCollaborate with the Head Chef and FandB team to create seasonal menus and unique guest experiencesMaintain compliance with all health, safety and licensing requirementsDrive a culture of continuous improvement and staff developmentSkills and ExperienceProven track record in senior hospitality management Exceptional leade
