Interim Accountant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Chelmsford, Hybrid Business based in Chelmsford are looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a fixed term contract. Initially this will be for a period of six months with possible extension to a full twelve months. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and efficient month-end processes. This is a varied role that will involve assisting with management accounts, month-end activities, payment approvals, journals, quarterly returns, income reconciliations, debt management and year-end audit support.
