The role focuses on producing thermoforming tooling used in fully automated plastic packaging production.Key Responsibilities:Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines and lathesOperate manual milling machines and carry out bench fittingProduce tooling components to precise specificationsPerform quality checks using precision measuring instrumentsSupport machining and tooling processes across productionCandidate Requirements:Preferably experience operating CNC milling machines and CNC lathesStrong knowledge of CNC programming and machining operations are desirable Experience in toolmaking or mechanical engineering within manufacturingSkilled in precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, dial indicators)Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced production environment while maintaining safety standardsWhat They are Looking For:Hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environmentCAD proficiency and CAM programming (highly desirable)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-focused mindset with the ability to w
