Mechanical Project Manager Major Decarbonisation Programme Location: Gatwick Airport Salary: Competitive Type: Permanent We are seeking 2 experienced Mechanical Project Managers with a strong building services background to join a major decarbonisation programme at Gatwick Airport. You would be working across the North and South terminals on plant rooms and outerlying services; making modifications to mechanical plant; AHU''s, heat exchanges, associated pipework and controls etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile, long-term programme focused on reducing carbon emissions and upgrading existing energy and mechanical infrastructure across the airport estate. Key Responsibilities Manage mechanical projects from design through to completion. Deliver projects involving HVAC, heating, plant replacement, heat pumps and low-carbon technologies. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, programmes, budgets and project resources. Coordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Manage client and stakeholder relationships. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality. Although you have a mechanical bias a good grasp of electrical processes will also be advantageous. About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager. Strong building services/mechanical engineering background. Experience managing projects from conception through to completion.
