Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Customer Account Executive to join their team in Belfast.This is a Full-Time, Temporary position to then go Permanent thereafter.Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pmWith a salary of £26,000 per annum.Job Purpose:As a Customer Account Executive, you will be working within the Customer Service Department which will include a client facing position with filing and administrative duties. You will be a direct link between customers and the business while ensuring that all filing and documentation storage procedures are followed.Essential Criteria:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels - with strong customer facing skills.Highly analytical and good attention to detail.Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.Flexible approach to working hours.Desirable Criteria:2+ years'' experience within a similar role.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Filing of product specifications and job bagsRaising internal product specifications which will be used for manufacturing purposesProcessing purchase orders and raising internal job bags for productionEnsuring that all relevant information is communicated to the customer and internallyThe ordering of tooling and printing plates
