Monday to Friday roleWhat You Will Do:- Ensure all shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and pallet declarations, is prepared and managed accurately to support timely delivery.- Maintain and validate shipment data across multiple systems, including ERP, WMS, Excel, and partner platforms, troubleshooting discrepancies as needed.- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cross-border clearance.- Monitor and resolve operational issues proactively, addressing delays, stock discrepancies, and data mismatches.- Contribute to process improvements, enhancing documentation, systems, and reporting efficiency.- Build and maintain dashboards to track shipment activities and provide actionable insights.
