Responsibilities

Maintain security systems and equipment at client sitesConduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performanceTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipmentProvide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutionsEducate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipmentDocument service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industryStrong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detectionExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressureSuperb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environmentTechnical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferredFlexibility to work varied hours and on-call as required for service requests
