We are working with a growing technology business who are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience delivering complex hardware and software projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery within a growing business, working across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers. This position would suit a technically minded project manager who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities and ensure projects are delivered to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated hardware and software projects, from initial planning and development through to validation, deployment and operational handover. Develop and maintain project plans covering milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, acceptance criteria and critical-path activities. Manage project risks, issues and changes, providing clear reporting and escalating decisions where required. Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers and operational stakeholders to support system integration, testing, commissioning and field trials. Support the transition from engineering development into repeatable manufacturing, driving continuous improvement and managing grant-funded projects where required.
