Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years'' experience as a Home Manager in a similar setting.
• Nurse-qualified (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with an active PIN and Level 5 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of CQC criteria, with a history of compliant reports.
• Excellent leadership and commercial acumen, including marketing to private and local authority markets.
