Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Architectural Technician Location: York Salary: £27-37,000 DOE About the company: An established and well-regarded architectural practice based in York is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technician to join its team. The practice works across a broad range of sectors including residential, heritage, commercial and community projects, delivering thoughtful and well-resolved architecture across the UK. The successful candidate will join a busy team responsible for smaller-scale projects and housebuilder clients. The team manages up to 15 projects at any one time, ranging from house extensions and residential alterations through to small housing developments, typically progressing from feasibility and planning through to technical design, tender and site services. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, working across several projects simultaneously, and taking ownership of their work within a supportive team.
