with a focus on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, elevated British classics, and a warm, community-driven experience.About the Role:As Sous Chef, youll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver a refined yet approachable menu that showcases your creativity and attention to detail. Youll be a key part of shaping the kitchen culture, mentoring junior staff, maintaining high standards, and helping us build something truly special from the ground up.Responsibilities:Support the Head Chef with daily operations and serviceLead the kitchen in their absenceHelp design and execute menus that reflect our values: seasonal, thoughtful, and deliciousMaintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and stock management practices
