Backed by multiple specialist technical and project teams within the company, the Local Technology Support team provide point-of-delivery support to several key entities. You will have strong PC and Mac support experience and be familiar with working in a busy IT support environment. As well as supporting end user devices, you will assist users with audio-visual equipment, managing IT assets and provisioning new IT assets for users. The team is quite small, so the role involves a fair bit of hands-on activity, including tasks like moving equipment, getting under desks for cable management, and general physical work. Above all else, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.
