This role is key to ensuring accurate stock management, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and fostering collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities: Improve productivity and efficiency across the site whilst reducing costs with accurate day-to-day stock counts.Ensure a safe working environment, reporting near misses and fostering a mindset where health and safety is a condition.Manage and develop team members, including training and performance development.Communicate effectively with teams and follow the chain of command.Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure collaboration.Oversee activities related to the company s products and services, including placing orders, storing, organising, packing, loading, and delivery.Meet all customer orders and secure high-quality materials for the company.Complete all daily production plans in line with stock levels and customer orders.Maintain stock control, mass balance, and auditing processes.
