Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join a great business in West Sussex. The Planning Manager will work with the Estates and Planning team have proven experience of planning - estates - commercial property / rural / land development planning. Salary: up to 65K plus car allowance or company carLocation: Hybrid working, West SussexPlanning Manager duties:Manage planning projectsPreparation and submission of planning appraisals, statements and planning applicationsProvide strategic planning advice for new development plans or redevelopment projectsLiaison with councils / planning consultants Support with re-application process and meetingsAttend planning - site review meetings when required to different locations Skills and experience:Proven experience of working in a similar Planning role, preparing and successfully securing planning consents Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBe a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI)
