Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a sales team to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive sales proactivity across both new business and existing accounts.
• Develop and execute market-led sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ride-alongs to support team development.
• Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar team leadership role within B2B.
• Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
• Highly motivated and organised, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across departments.
• Commercially focused, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
• Experience in hybrid sales environments or knowledge of timber/panels/decorative surfaces sectors.
