Job title: Quality Manager

Location: London area

Salary: £60-90k

The opportunity:

ReeVR Talent are partnered with an innovative highly regulated manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a Quality Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for Quality Managers experienced in managing teams, systems and driving a strong Quality culture across the site.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and improve Quality Management Systems
• Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory inspections and partner audits.
• Manage internal inspections, audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee QA, Auditors and Validation teams.
• Lead quality forums.
• Monitor quality KPIs and metrics.
• Implement regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
• Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
• Develop and coach the QA team, setting priorities and ensuring training and performance objectives are achieved.

• Collaborate with departments across the business to improve processes and embed a strong quality mindset.

Experience required:

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulations.
• Line Management experience.
• Experience hosting and managing inspections/audits.
• Experience in highly regulated industry. 
• The ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability and deliver to deadlines.
• A hands-on approach to coaching teams and building a proactive quality culture.
