Conrad Consulting is working with a progressive, multi-disciplinary built environment consultancy that is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager to join its London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor or Project Manager looking to take ownership of a varied project portfolio, work across a range of sectors and benefit from genuine opportunities for career progression. The role will suit a commercially minded professional with a strong project delivery background, excellent client-facing skills and the ambition to take on responsibility for projects ranging from £500k to £50m. The Role You will take responsibility for delivering a diverse range of projects, acting as Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Employer''s Agent or Lead Consultant, depending on the requirements of each commission. Projects will include: Historic building renovations and refurbishment schemes. Commercial office fit-outs. Private refurbishment projects. Fire safety projects and major façade remediation schemes. Building surveying advisory and consultancy services. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects are delivered effectively from inception through to completion.
