As the trusted accounting partner to our property managers and clients, you will bring clear oversight, governance and insight to service charge finances, reserves and project spend, ensuring they are accurate, compliant and transparent. This is a role for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. You will balance hands-on technical accounting with proactive stakeholder engagement, using your expertise to streamline processes, improve controls and tell the story behind the numbers so decisions are informed, timely and accountable. ROLE EXPECTATIONS You will own the end-to-end accounting cycle for your portfolio, from budgets and forecasts through to year-end accounts and audit, with a relentless focus on accuracy and clarity. You will partner closely with property managers, clients and auditors, solving problems early, communicating simply and keeping everyone aligned on financial performance and priorities.
