This is a key role within the commercial team, offering autonomy, progression, and involvement in large-scale housing developments from inception through to final account.As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:Managing the full commercial lifecycle of housing groundworks projectsPreparation, submission, and agreement of valuations and final accountsCost control, forecasting, and reporting to senior managementProcurement and management of subcontractors and suppliersIdentifying and managing variations and commercial risksSupporting junior commercial staff where requiredMaintaining strong relationships with clients, site teams, and supply chainThe Ideal CandidateThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:Proven experience as a Senior Quant
