Caretaker/Premises Officer Are you an experienced school Caretaker/Premises Officer or maintenance professional seeking a new opportunity in the Coalville areaI am currently recruiting for a BANK of experienced school Caretakers to work on an ongoing basis, supporting the site team in carrying out day to day general maintenance of the school. The roles are full time and temporary to cover a long term absence. The successful applicant will be expected to work a shift pattern to ensure the opening and closing duties are shared amongst the site team.As a full time school Caretaker, the school will expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so you will be expected to: Carry out general maintenance of the school as well as litter picking Carry out odd jobs delegated to you by the supervisor Open and close the school building Work independently and as a team to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently Set alarmsYou will be supported by me, Rob Holland I am Aspire People''s Executive Office and Technical consultant and we have been supplying non teaching staff to schools in Leicester for the past 7 years plus.
