Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Inspector (Surveyor) for our client, a local government organisation based Bristol . The successful post holder will be undertaking stock condition surveys across our housing portfolio of dwellings and blocks, collecting accurate data on building components, condition, compliance requirements and future investment needs. Surveyors will work independently, managing their own diary and appointments, while engaging directly with customers in occupied and vacant properties. This is primarily a field-based role undertaking surveys across Bristol. Surveyors are expected to spend the majority of their time on site carrying out inspections, with administrative work completed remotely or from council offices as required. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use are required. This role is a contract position with an initial contract of 5 months, with the possibility to extend. Hybrid working is available. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Undertake surveys in occupied and unoccupied properties in accordance with council procedures, programme requirements and targets.
