DescriptionKey Responsibilities/AccountabilityKey CompetenciesPreparation of cold snack items food - This will include sandwiches / rolls/ baguettes etc.Preparation of cake or biscuit items for salePreparation of items on menu as directed by chef managerServing of food to customersOperation of tills and use of cashless cateringCashing up of tills or loaders as directed by chef managerClearing up of kitchen and restaurant areasPaper work as required by registrationsWorking of teacher training day when required and also any outside or events required by school or G4s to which payment will be paidAny other duties required by the managerTraining will be required for all standard procedures and also as required by law, you will be asked to do these at certain times which may require travel which you will be reimbursed.North Wiltshire School is spread over three school site you may be asked to work at another site if the need arises to which we will reimburse travel expensesThis outlines the main areas of requirement but may not fully cover all work required, by school or G4s at times you may be asked to do something not listed, so the last item reads any other work required by manager or senior G4s managementUniform and training providedSupervision of staff to ensure timely completion and preparation for service periodsMotivate the team to drive forward high standards of preparation and service deliveryCashing up and collation of information for Catering Manager reporting dailyDea
