Product Manager - Social Value Management

A Product Manager is required to lead the development of a Social Value Management module, based in a flexible or hybrid working environment. This role involves shaping and evolving digital tools used in public sector procurement to demonstrate and maximise social value. The position focuses on engaging stakeholders, translating policy into practical solutions, and ensuring products reflect current frameworks and reporting standards. Engage with contractors and public sector stakeholders to gather insights. Facilitate workshops and focus groups to validate product improvements. Identify new opportunities for innovation and platform integration. Experience and Skills Required Background in Social Value Management, Bid Writing, or Public Sector Procurement. Knowledge of social value measurement methods and real-world application. Ability to translate policy into effective digital solutions. Experience in SaaS product development or digital transformation (preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with frameworks such as National TOMs or SEQM.
