As a Senior Analyst, you''ll help drive improvements and innovation across our websites and apps. You’ll be hands-on with the systems that power around 30% of Booker Group’s sales.Collaborate closely with the Booker Digital team, ensuring our online platforms are slick, secure, and always one step ahead of customer expectations.You will need

Prior experience as a Technical Business AnalystGood practical experience of web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScriptExperience of managing integrated e-commerce products (e.g., Sitecore Experience Commerce) incorporating Apps, modern website technologies and web developmentPrevious experience in APIs management and developmentExperience of using system performance tools such as Datadog is desirableStrong understanding of data analysis, database management, and system integrationProven experience of using testing and issue management tools such as JiraKnowledge of web site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and ContentSquareGood technical project management background with successful delivery of change programs to time, quality and budget within an agile development frameworkWhat\''s in it for you
