Job Title: Air Source Heat Pump Contracts Manager Location: Kent Paying: 50,000 - 60,000 Job Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced and driven Air Source Heat Pump Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of air source heat pump (ASHP) installations across residential projects. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day delivery of air source heat pump installation contracts and projects. Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other key stakeholders. Plan and manage project schedules, labour allocation, materials and resources. Ensure installations meet relevant industry standards, building regulations, manufacturer requirements and health and safety legislation. Monitor project costs, budgets, profitability and overall contract performance. Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance. Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and resolving issues professionally. Oversee quality assurance, commissioning, snagging and project handovers. Ensure all installation documentation, commissioning records and compliance paperwork are completed accurately. Identify and resolve operational challenges, delays and technical issues. Support the development of installation teams and drive continuous improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction.
