We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) to join a busy food production environment in Wellingborough.

What you’ll be doing:

- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Supporting production and warehouse teams with movement of goods and materials
- Loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining stock flow
- Following strict health and safety and hygiene standards

What we need from you:

- A valid Counterbalance Forklift License (RTITB or ITSAAR registered)
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and follow procedures in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

What’s on offer:

- £14.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday shifts - no weekend work!
- Evening shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- Ongoing, stable work in a supportive team
