Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Exchange Online and licensing. Experience supporting Google Workspace, including user and group administration. Knowledge of identity and access management principles. Experience supporting Windows and Apple hardware environments. Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) platforms.
