Paying up to £28,000 + Benefits - Based in Middleton, North Manchester our client is a successful manufacturing business that are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their supply chain team. After training, this will be a hybrid role working 5 days in every 10 at home/in the office. Working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30 to 2.45pm, which includes a 30-minute lunch break each day. THE JOB The Sales Administrator is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all customer orders and outbound deliveries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role supports the smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts, enabling commercial teams to focus on business growth and development. Acting as a key link between customers and internal operations, the Sales Administrator ensures clear and timely communication in both directions, translating customer requirements into operational actions while providing customers with accurate updates on orders, deliveries, and any issues.
