HR Assistant and Compliance Coordinator
A growing and fast paced organisation based in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a HR Assistant and Compliance Coordinator to join its team in a full time, fully office based role. This is a varied position supporting HR administration, compliance processes and wider business operations across multiple areas of the business.This role will suit someone who is highly organised, confident handling confidential information and comfortable managing a varied workload within a busy professional environment.This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.Salary £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits including private healthcare and gym membership.The roleSupporting onboarding and induction processes for new startersPreparing employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentationManaging employee records and ensuring HR systems remain up to dateCoordinating probation reviews and supporting absence and holiday administrationMonitoring HR inboxes and responding to employee queries professionally and efficientlySupporting recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and candidate communicationAssisting with employee benefits administration and employment referencesSupporting senior management with confidential HR matters and documentationMaintaining compliance records and monitoring mandatory training completionSupporting GDPR processes and confidential data handling proceduresAssisting with health and safety administration and wider compliance
