This is a great opportunity for a skilled MIG Welder looking for a permanent night shift pattern and regular overtime opportunities.The RoleAs a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating steel components to a high standard, working from drawings and specifications to produce quality structural steelwork.Your duties will include:MIG welding steel components and fabrications.Working from engineering drawings and welding specifications.Carrying out fillet and other structural welds to the required standard.Ensuring welds are completed accurately and to a high-quality finish.Working safely and efficiently within a busy fabrication environment.Carrying out visual quality checks on completed work.Working as part of an experienced production and fabrication team.Skills:Previous experience as a MIG Welder within a fabrication or manufacturing environment.Experience welding steel components and fabrications.The ability to read and work from engineering drawings.Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.A reliable approach to work and good attendance. ..... full job details .....
