We are recruiting for a Account handler with Insurance or High net worth experience to join a fantastic specialist insurance company based in Fareham. This is a great career growth opportunity. This role has plenty of scope for progression within a fantastic and driven team.You will be maintaining a portfolio of clients that encourages long term relationships, renewals and adjustments, through client contact.Duties include: Deal with enquiries by telephone, email and in person from clients, colleagues, insurers and third parties as required. Ensure all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients for new business, renewals and mid term adjustments. Ensure that all clients are appropriately informed of all matters relating to their insurance in a timely manner Ensure that all renewals are actioned within FCA guidelines. Ensure that all Mid Term adjustments are actioned appropriately in a timely manner.
