The organisation is known for its strong pre-construction capability and successful track record on complex, high-value schemes.Your new role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role during the project''s two-stage pre-construction phase, working under a PCSA. Your responsibilities will focus on:- Procuring multiple work packages (currently underway)- Managing pre-construction and prelim packages- Buying permanent works packages- Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring smooth progression into Stage 2This is a contract role requiring someone confident to working autonomously within a high-performing commercial team.What you''ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will need:- Strong PCSA experience- Proven background in two-stage procurement- Hands-on experience with prelim packages and permanent works package buying- A solid track record operating within Tier 1 or major contractor environments- The ability to manage procurement efficiently and drive pre-construction commercial outputsWhat you''ll get in return A minimum 3 month contract with a competitive day rate, £300 - £500 per dayThe opportunity to work on a flagship £100m City of London developmentA collaborative environment with a respected Tier 1 contractor
