The Opportunity We are working with an established specialist fa ade contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a new project in Gosport, Hampshire. The successful candidate will oversee a 1.3m rainscreen cladding package on a school development, working alongside a leading main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fa ade professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a project from a site management and operational perspective. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the rainscreen cladding package, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, installation teams, labour and site resources. Monitor project progress against programme, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions. Liaise with the main contractor, client representatives and internal management teams. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and installation requirements. Manage site health and safety, including RAMS, toolbox talks and site inspections. Coordinate material deliveries, logistics and site activities to maintain efficient project delivery. Oversee quality inspections, snagging and project handover requirements.
