About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee the day to day running of a busy educational catering operation. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, delivering fresh, high quality meals, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service across multiple food outlets.

This role involves working in an educational environment. An enhanced DBS check is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high quality meals
• Ensure strong Food Safety and Health andamp; Safety compliance
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Support the Site Manager with stock, budgets, and daily operations
• Lead the kitchen team across multiple food concepts
• Maintain excellent service, presentation, and efficiency
