A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager, to commence a new-role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a -150M new build element of the scheme, with the end product being Student Accommodation.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

My client are looking to appoint a Site Manager, who will oversee Internals Packages within a block of Student Accommodation, whilst reporting into a Block Manager. Due to this, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience within areas such as-Finishing, Fit Out, Snagging, Defects, and Internal Subcontractors.-
