Working closely with Sales, Engineering and Product teams, you will provide technical support, design and integrate solutions, deliver demonstrations and training, and act as a trusted advisor to customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in networking, RF communications, or systems integration who enjoys customer-facing work and international travel. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal stakeholders. Design, configure, test and deploy IP networking, RF and video communication solutions. Support system integration activities and customer deployments. Deliver technical demonstrations, product evaluations, and training programmes. Troubleshoot networking, communications and video systems both remotely and on-site. Produce technical documentation and implementation guides. Gather customer feedback and contribute to product and solution improvements. Support exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
