Responsibilities Assist with the procurement and onboarding of subcontractors. Prepare and issue subcontract orders. Monitor and manage subcontractor accounts from award to final account. Review and process subcontractor payment applications. Assist in preparing payment notices and certificates. Maintain a comprehensive variation tracker for all subcontract installation packages. Record, assess, and value change events in line with contract procedures. Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to gather supporting evidence for variations.
