New Business Coordinator
Our client is a well-established and respected law firm, known for delivering high-quality legal advice with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. Their Wills, Trusts and Inheritance are busy and now need support for the new clients. We are seeking a strong administrator with excellent customer service skills. This role could be based in Farnham or Wokingham (no parking at either office but located in the centre). This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys client contact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.As a New Business Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally and with care. You will support fee earners by managing administrative processes and helping to ensure each client''s journey with the firm starts smoothly.This role is designed as a stable, long-term position rather than a career progression role. We are therefore looking for someone who would enjoy and feel fulfilled in this position. As such, applications from law graduates will not be considered.Your role:Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Wills and Inheritance teamHandling a high volume of inbound calls, responding to enquiries efficiently and professionallyAccurately recording information on the firm''s CRM system and enquiries spreadsheetsAssisting with the opening and closing of client filesMaking outbound calls to clients and third part
