Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Rate: Up to £475 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract: Freelance

Appoint is recruiting for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a Civil Engineering contractor on infrastructure projects in the Gloucester area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management of projects, including subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting and contractual administration.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within Civil Engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts and project commercial performance.
• Ability to work independently and manage commercial responsibilities effectively.
