Job Description Job Title: Project Engineer Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Location: Redditch Purpose of the Role The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the delivery of assigned projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, in full compliance with contractual, company, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery and Management Report to the Project or Contracts Manager on all day-to-day matters relating to allocated projects. Assist in the management and delivery of named contracts in accordance with contract conditions, client requirements, and Company Directors'' expectations. Support project delivery to ensure completion within agreed timeframes and budget constraints. Collaborate with project teams, designers, and stakeholders to define project specifications and contribute to design development where required. Plan and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines. Evaluate project progress and assist in the preparation of accurate reports for management and clients. Resources, Planning and Cost Control Assess, plan, and manage required resources (manpower, plant, equipment, and materials) from project start to completion.
