A well-established, top 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its London-based Residential Property team.Key Responsibilities Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completionHandling a broad range of transactional matters efficiently and accuratelyWorking collaboratively within the team to deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal adviceLiaising directly with clients, taking instructions and managing expectationsSupporting partners on complex matters and contributing to tailored client solutionsScoping, pricing and managing work effectively, with appropriate supervisionDeveloping and maintaining client relationships alongside partners and senior colleaguesBuilding a personal profile as a residential property specialistContributing to business development initiatives and team projectsAttending networking events and developing a strong referral networkIdentifying cross-selling opportunities and supporting internal collaborationAssisting with pitches and proposals as required Skills and Experience Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3-4 years'' PQESolid experience within a residential property team, ideally with London market exposureStrong client-handling and project management skillsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise effectivelyComfortable working as part of a small, close-knit teamCommercially aware with a client-focused approach
