We offer buy-side and sell-side advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, debt and equity capital raising, ESG solutions, and cross-border transactions in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
About the role
As an OandA Graduate, you’ll work on projects to help our clients reach their financial goals. Your day-to-day tasks may vary depending on your business area, but Analyst responsibilities typically include:Monitoring capital market activity, trends and investor sentiment; performing in-depth company analysis on specific situationsSupporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelinesPreparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including pitch books, corporate and investor profiles, and analysisConducting detailed financial analysis, market data and transaction details to identify appropriate comparables and contribute to pricing recommendations for new issuancesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, research, legal teams) and external parties (investors, legal counsel)Gaining an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered and their application to client needs

A formal mathematical or financial background isn’t required. Our comprehensive training programs will provide you technical skills you’ll need to build a career with us.
Eligibility
Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1 January 2025 and 31 July 2026.Be able to start full-time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree.Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.Fluency in a European language is desirable for some placements within Origination and Advisory, in addition to English.
